The mission of Community Life Bridge is to Bridge the Gap of unmet needs for mature adults, enhancing their quality of life and our community. We are located in Hendersonville, TN, and serve our surrounding area.
This initiative, launched in 2013, addresses the lack of reliable transportation for older adults and its effect on their physical, mental and spiritual health. Support through financial gifts and volunteer involvement is crucial to the ongoing success of this program.
